Hi,
I recently installed the polls mod on my site. It seems to work, you can post a poll, but no can answer it!!
The URL of my forum is: http://www.adigaskell.org/Chat/Forum/default.asp
and the test forum can be found in the Forum News topic.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I just really wanted a solution and didn't know which forum would get visited more.

Around here all forums get visited equally because we use the active topics page heavily.

you shouldn't post any question "just somewhere" where the visit count is high. instead post to the correct forum that handles problems like your own.

My humblest apologies. I'm just hopelessly inept at using these MODS and desperately need help on this one.
Pretty please

No, but we would prefer if you wait.
It seems you have not added the poll mod code to your topic.asp file. But I am only guessing as I can't post on your forum. Need a username and password so i can post a poll.

Thanks for your help Davio.
You were right about the topic.asp file being a bit funny. I've been working through it, getting one step further at a time.
I managed to get the poll to work, but for some reason I can only vote once. It then displays the results but won't let me vote again. I have gone in as two different members, cleared cookies but still no luck.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

What have you selected for the "Who Can Vote?" option? If you selected Members Only, then the value is stored in the database. If you selected Everyone, then the value is stored in the cookie if you are logged out, or stored both in the database and cookie when logged in.
