I'm trying to use the RichText Editor by SourceForge. It is an amazing project! There is a stand-alone package and a mod. Right now, I just want to use the stand-alone package, so maybe this isn't the best place to ask. But I'm not getting any response from the SourceForge site. I thought if someone here was familiar with the package, I might get some assistance.

Basically, I just need to learn how to use the Post button to post the html code generated by the editor to an Access database (right now not the Snitz DB - I'm waiting for version 3.4). I want to Post from the popup_editor.html page. My ASP code skills are weak and my JavaScript skill are non-existant, so I'll need some clear directions. But if anyone can help me out then I'd be very appreciative.

Thanks,
Andrew

Ok, I will give you hints, and you can look at the RTE mod, but just giving the answer doesn't help you learn at all. Here are my hints.

The HTML code created by the editor can be extracted using javascript as variable data.
Javascript can populate a text-area using variable data.
The submit button can submit the contents of a text-area to the database using ASP.
