The server identifies itself as Apache/1.3.19 (UNIX) (RedHat/Linux) mod_ssl/2.8.1 OpenSSL/0.9.6

Apache without Chili!Soft ASP installed won't run Snitz forums.

It can also use iASP (instant ASP) but not Apache::ASP

This is because Apache::ASP does not support VBScript.

__________

Does it mean, Snitz can be used on this server somehow?

Yes it means, but your host needs to install Chili!ASP or iASP. These are expensive packages, though: $500 Chili, $2000 iASP.
It is likely that if they are not installed now your host doesn't have them. If that's the case, you won't be able to use Snitz with that server.

You can try these hosts instead:

121hosts.net - for a small fee
brinkster.com - free

They both support ASP and will run Snitz Forums.
