As you can see from the example below if you include the <url></url> or <url=""></url> tag and urls not enclosed by the <url> tag only the URLs not enclosed in the tags are formated.
some people will not be downloading the new version, myself included. there are still some people using 3.1SR4!!
I already had this mod and was going to share it soon. Richard Kinser and Big9erFan helped me with it but I applaud that someone took initiative to finally post it. I will be checking out your code version now, thanks.
