You start your posts for help again like that and you can forget getting any help from me. You think I worked hard on that mod for you to post your sarcastic thank you remarks? Not to mention that this was your second post on this forum! I resent your remark. If you continue to have that attitude on these forums you won't get too much help here.

Have you checked if you have the Email Validation mod option On in your email options?

Crash, I was still typing my message when you posted, so I didn't see your post. Wouldn't have posted the same thing you did if I saw your post.

Ok, so you're sure you have Email Validation On and you're sure you have your Email Options On. And it still stores it in the MEMBERS table and not the MEMBERS_PENDING table when they register?
I need 2 things from you: - a link to your forum - a link to a text version of your register.asp file.

I've really enjoyed learning some asp code to get this working. Everything had been working fine until this last alteration, the Email Validation MOD.
Using current version Snitz Forums 2000 v3.3.03.
I have been having exactly the same behavior as korayem.
The forum: http://www.nudist-resorts.org/talk
Some files as txt files: http://www.nudist-resorts.org/fixme/register.txt http://www.nudist-resorts.org/fixme/inc_profile.txt
MODs installed: Active Users 3.5 Advanced Color Control Avatar Mod v2 Poll Mod 33 Email Validation Mod
I've attempted to rebuild some files by starting over. If you don't see anything wrong I'll suspect the server, which has had some unpredictable behavior.
At this point, I have no functionality after submitting a new username. I saw the behavior described by korayem exactly once, then on subsequent tries the bottom part of the screen wouldn't even load after submitting. Is this the server acting up?
(Yes, the functions are all turned on in Admin.)
Hope you can figure this one out, I'm anxious to get this forum working!

I would rather if you started a new topic in this forum and explain the problem you're having in your own words. Because if are having the same problem as korayem had, then the fix as mentioned in this post would have helped you fix it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had indeed applied the fix described above. Which files should I check? Also, can I start with your register.asp from the MOD zip, and add the other MODs to it? Thanks.
