It would be safe if you haven't added any mods. But I would suggest you play it safe and copy and paste the changes into your files instead.

I am not getting moderator notifications.

Here are the steps I took:

1. replaced inc_subscription.asp with the one in the ZIP
2. replaced pop_moderate.asp with the one in the ZIP
3. replaced post_info.asp with post_info2.asp from the ZIP (was this the intent for this file ?)

4. set up a moderator for a forum, with a valid email address
5. posted to forum (as another user)

no email notification was received by the moderator

Can you spot anything that may a problem ?
