I'm running Snitz forum on Win2000 Adv Server/ IIS 5.0 / Access

I maked 'HTML - OFF" and filtering turned off also. it work only on english words. It ignores all the Russian words in list (I'm russian and most of msgs on forum will be on russian). Seems like they're just recoding and forum do not identify'em. Turning HTML - ON makes all working fine.
is there a way to fix it? i would like to OFF HTML 8((

1. is this still an issue?
2. does someone have an idea for a fix?
