@gantocks

I suggest that you post this problem here:
http://www.calvsa.net/snitz/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=9&CAT_ID=5&Forum_Title=Events+Calendar

The events calender version used in the dummie version is:
Version: 2 service release 1 - be sure to mention this if you post there

Also you need to rename avatar.dbs to dbs_avatar.asp then use 'MOD Setup'...

Also #2 you need to take FileAttachment.dbs & modcmd.dbs out of the tool folder, rename to dbs_mod name.asp and drop them into the root folder, then head for 'mod setup' to set them up.

Also #3 members.asp Lines #121 to #124 seems to freak out my SQL server (inetinfo goes tho the roof)

Also #4 To do a Clean SQL2k install:
After using setup.asp?RC=5 to set yp your SQL DB, you need to comment/delete some lines *until* you get into the admin pages and use 'mod setup', then you can uncomment/undelete them:

inc_functions.asp - line #39 to 128
inc_top.asp - line #77 & #86 to 88

I have added a MySQL setup for the dummie version at the topmessage. The Events Calender and the Active Users did not made it into the dumpfile, they caused a lot of errors so I decided to not include them. It might be a local server problem by me - you can try out and see if you can fix it somehow.

if line 46 looks like this:

UserID = cint(rsAnon("C_VALUE"))

there might be a chance that the topic here:

http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=20268

...could help you solve this problem

Okay it kind of works.

I had to replace a few files with the original files.
But now none of the mods work

I replaced the config.asp with the original, and then three others

default.asp
inc_top.asp
and one more
inc_functions.asp

So the board works, but i can not use any of the mods.
If I replace just the config.asp it gives me an error message that the
'configreaduser' is wrong or something to that affect.

This is killing me.
