As I was reading posts this morning, I noticed that we've gone over the 20,000 topic mark as of 28 December, 2001. Topic 1 was posted on 02 August, 2000. So roughly 15 months between that post and post 20,000. Not bad!
This is only the topic count, it doesn't take into consideration the number of replies, or the mail that was lost a while back.
Here's to another 20,000 topics!

I'm assuming that the topic count just increments, and is not reused again, even after archiving?
Post #1 is archived. I just looked at the topic id when viewing a post to see that it was over 20,000.
