It works well. Now I'm wandering how to fix the event calender mode.

ok, got private messages working again,
my next question is how do i get the file attachment mod working again?
(nathan, i can't give you my test site url cuz it's on my home computer, i'm running win me and using personal web server, so it's only stable as a testing server, when pple try to log on, my system crashes.)
anyway, any suggestions on how to get the attach file mod working with this mod?

I am planning on embedding this somewhat into version two. When I figgure out how to do it I will give update instructions for version 1.

Yeah, the table editing tools would be necisary for a non-HTML on version.
I thought about adding them to the expanded toolbars.

**** and I thought sliced bread was cool! I was worried about it working as I altered code but when it was up and running I was amazed. Excellent job. The only thing I saw that was not perfect was the table editing portion. Sure I could resize it etc, but that's all I could do and when I posted it the table looked quite different than it had before.

Tables in general seem to have troubles with snitz. . . that large gap above it.
Someday I will rip apart topic.asp and find out why thats a problem.

OK, I had a go at adding this to the event calendar and almost have it working. Could anyone take a look at what I have done to see what's missing and finish it up?

I combined events.asp and events_functions.asp while I was working on it though the functions code can probably go back to being it's own file. I just wanted it all together while I worked on it.

I get an error that says ctFont is not defined when posting new event and also the post button is incomplete - no labelling

Great that someone is finally doing some work on Calendar...
While you´re at it atomic...Take a look at these links, I think it would be a nice addition to the RTE features of events:

...If you feel like doing some more work on events to update it to current 3.xx/v4, I have few suggestions more;
1. complete internationalization (just put the english langstrings in the top of events.asp for 3.xx version) AND add support for US/non-US DATES (mm/dd/yyyy)/(dd/MM/YYYY)
2. Update and complete integration of event notification mod (look here http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=10600)
3. If step 2=true  THEN create option to be notified by email, mobile(SMS) or both (eventssendmail should get the mobile device address (phonenumber@provider.com) from field called M_MOBILEDEVICE1 in membertable, I´m creating a mod that will allow the SMS communication within the forums)
