I'm new to the Snitz Forums and was wondering if there is a way to ban users from the forum, either by their registered ID or their IP. Thanks.

You can lock a member which will take away the option to log in as that user. You can also delete a member, but that will cause all posts (s)he has made to get N/A as author name, so locking the member would be better.

Also, to ban a person by IP or IP range is possible through a MOD. Try performing a search for it or take a look at http://freeaspcode.net/snitz/ it might be there.
