I got an extra box sitting around with WinXP Pro on it, I was thinking about using it as a server on my Cable. It's not exactly allowed by my cable company. . . but what they dont know cant hurt them right?

You got it!! I don't think it's allowed by any ISP really. But like you said... I have used a lot of bandwith testing my site and for an FTP I use to run, and nobody ever complained And it's a good test bed. So much easier editing files and checking than having to upload, review, upload...
The only thing about XP is it is limited to 10 concurrent users and one site. But good enough for testing.
