as a forum implementer I still find it hard to find bug fix. some are posted in the dev/bug forums with discussions, some are disgusted in help groups. I know it's not interesting and time consuming to sort all the bug fixes together, esp for the programmers as they are supposed to repeat some boring job. well, I still think it would be nicer for a implementer to see a dedicated forum to look up bug/fixes
the new release forum did a once but stopped there. maybe just a forum, link back to the corresponding topics here and there?
I don't know if I understand you fully, but probably the topic named ===== POST V40B03 PATCHES ===== will help you. Here you will find all the bugfixes implemented after v40b03 (but not released yet). The bugfixes related to v3.3.03 are also listed there (which will be in v3.4)...
