Weather Mod
Version: 1.0
Released : 9 Nov 2001

Access only(but can be modified for anyother db... code looks at city and state in members table)
This mod is based on "Huwrs version 3.3 Final"

This mod will allow you to add user specific weather to you forum.
The mod looks at the users city and state and displays the weather on the portal homepage.
I have included a readme file that gives all te details....

I like the idea of this Mod, but is it restricted to US cities?
Would be nice if you could select London, Paris, or other overseas cities.

I can do US and Canadion weather....
I am looking at international weather in the near future...

I cannot get to your demo or the files to download.
Question: where is the info coming from? What service are you linking to?
Have you thought about having the members put their zip code in their profiles and just having the weather displayed by default on a home page? Just a thought, sorry if it's like that already, as I said, I can't get to it.

it would be better if it was like it has a text box for zip code. U write the zip code or area code and it shows a weather in your community. when i go to this site it shows weather of pennsylvania and I live in Ga.

Well I've tried everything... And all I can get is the default weather of PA
Anyone else have the same problem? Or is it me again! LOL
