Allows you to edit/delete moderators right from your forum screen (default.asp) - very useful when starting up new boards, or even old boards. It keeps you from doing all of the roundabout stuff through the admin section.
This is the same as the old version, except the readme was updated to match the 3.3 code so your not searching all over the place, and the M image is new (thx Frutzle)

Note: I updated a few errors, and completely re-wrote pop_admin_moderators.asp - so its more 'user' friendly I guess...
