We need to remove all 4 instances of:

	set my_Conn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection") 
	my_Conn.Open strConnString


my_Conn is defined and opened in inc_top.asp so it's not needed anymore in link.asp since we are including inc_top.asp in there now.

Also, custom_link.asp can be deleted from the archive.

Shouldn't we start removing the link.asp from the forum files, since we are not including the titles and such in the url. Topic.asp does what link.asp does.

Mainly the link.asp is being used in the url that is sent to subscribers.
