This really weird thing is happening. Whenever a moderator approves a post, the e-mail sent to the subscribers states that the moderator who approved the post was the one who wrote it, not the actual author. Is this a known bug? We have not made any modifications to the moderation system and we have applied most, if not all of the bug fixes to version 3.303. Any ideas?

Yes, this is a bug.
In pop_moderate.asp, line 275, change this:
ProcessSubscriptions MemberID, LoopCatID, LoopForumID, LoopTopicID
to this:
ProcessSubscriptions LoopMemberID, LoopCatID, LoopForumID, LoopTopicID
It was sending the member id of the member that was currently logged in, which was the moderator, instead of the member who made the reply, to the Subscription function.

This needs to be moved to the bug forums.
