Buckaroo, please remove the contents of your lengthy post and post in the forum located here: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=94.
If you read the first post in this topic or read the readme file, you would have seen that you should go that forum and post your question there if you need help with the mod. If you even read some of the replies in this topic you would have seen I repeatedly asked users to post in that other forum, if they needed help.
Please don't post in this topic for help. This topic is for your suggestions, comments or any new features you would like to see implemented in the mod.

No. Active Polls are the polls that are most active, meaning a lot of your users have been voting. Featured Poll is the poll that you select to be featured on the front page of your forum.
hmmm, just looking at the readme and the admin poll options, it seems that I have mixed up both. I will fix that mixup in the next upgrade.

Folks,
Is this mod stable or does it have alot of problems. My staff would really like for me to go ahead and implement this mod....but I'm not so sure by the number of posts that I see here.

Hi All,
I have modified this mod to use an intermediary table to store the voted information (the data formerly in the M_POLL field on the member record). This will overcome the limitation on the number of polls among other things.
I am going to put together an archive containing the modified files (as well as a conversion script). Before I do, I have a question for Davio.
Starting on line 185 of topic.asp, there is a routine that checks to see if the user has voted on the poll. Why isn't the function from inc_functions used? IE, replace lines 187-225 with:
voted = GetVote (Topic_ID)
I copied over the relevant code from inc_functions to here, so it works.. Just seems redundant.
If anyone wants a copy to look at right now, email me at kos_colleen@hotmail.com. The neater version should be done by Friday.

If you replaced lines 185-225 with that code you're going to have problems. Lines 185-225 does 2 checks. The GetVote function only does one check. It would be better if you replaced lines 185 - 209 with that code.
I'm not sure why I didn't use the function. I used it in the second check but not in the first. I will make that change in the next update.

OK, actually that's exactly what I did... I left the cookie check code in place and just replaced the member table check.
I went ahead and cleaned everything up (somewhat anyway). Here's my update to Davio's mod:
http://www.omgmistell.com/poll_intermed.zip
Davio, you can go ahead and integrate this with yours if you want. I am a newbie to this modding and GPL so I'm not sure if it's customary to give permission or not or whatever, so forgive me if I have committed some faux pas or something.
EDIT: PS - There's a bug in your pop_delete code, line 217. Need to change if Topic_ID to if cint(delAr(i)).

You're right. It's been noted for next update.
Everything you have done i have already planned to do for the next update.

That's odd... Anyone seen my posts?
Anyway, if you want to download the update to Davio's poll mod which adds an intermediary table to the polls (allowing for virtually unlimited members only polls instead of the ~50 poll limit the mod has in current form) look here:
http://www.omgmistell.com/poll_intermed.zip
Davio is going to make similar changes in his poll mod soon, so will become moot, but I needed this now...
EDIT: I should read before I post... http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=23275
