I had created this for my forum in 3.1, and told resnitz about it and he liked it. So I rewrote it for 3.3.

Modification Title: CUSTOM HEADER/FOOTER

Snitz Version: 3.3
Summary: This modification allows the user to do a custom Message Header and Footer in their
profile, that can be used on the messages they post. The Admin, has the ability to
turn off/on this feature in the Member Config section in the admin menu.

Database Modifications:
Forum_Config_New
Forum_Members
Installation Notes:
Once you install this, you will need to go into the Admin Options > Member Details Configuration
Section and submit how you want to be, either ON or OFF. Then it will be updated.
I have include the files and all of my modifications are labeled in the code.

Oh on another note about this mod:
it doesn't require you to comment out half of the forum code section, like this other mod I saw for this. This keep all your code intact, and on a difficulty scale I rate it about a 5 of 10 for a novice to do.

You need to go in and edit the profile of the user. You can also go into the admin section and make sure it's turned on or off in the Member Config area. Then you should click on the PROFILE link up at the top of the forum, and you'll see it in there.
