I get a error message when I try to install the new version. Here it is: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item". Any suggestions? Thks
you need to have the directory permessions set to allow writing and reading and executing of the db. change the permissions on the folder where your db is.
the db is the the file in wich the forum store messages, it needs to be able to write to the db to use the forum. you need to email your host and tell them to to allow writing to the directory where your stored snitz_forums_2000.mdb
