You can change the Password from the Profile link at the top right of the forum.
You can't change the ADMIN username unless you edit it in the database.
Editing the ADMIN username is not a good thing though.
If you want to use a different name for the ADMIN, just register with that name and then log back in as ADMIN and edit the person's Member Level so that they are an Administrator.
