found the problem

if ChkForumAccess(rs("FORUM_ID) then

Should be

if ChkForumAccess(rs("FORUM_ID"),getMemberNumber(strDBNTUserName) ) then

just look for ChkForumAccess in active.asp should be only one there

No, need to fix this in V33(.02) because it allready had been fixed there.
