The "Active Users" number seems suspiciously close to the "Visits Today" number.
Don't know if it is a problem or not. However, when I refresh, it doesn't always increase the "Visits Today" number.

I was looking for an overview of new features in V3.3 but couldn't find anything on the forums. Could someone point me to a link where I could find the changes from v3.1 to v3.3?
thanks.

It's all looking great guys, excellent job the entire team! Another virtual Pint on it's way :)

What are the small numbers at the bottom of the page? Are they a page load time timer?

It tells you how long it takes to build the page

I guess this is the time the server needs to compose the page?
If that is the case, 3.2 sec. seems not to be fast!?

I have people now getting the default page in approx 1 sec (my forum) on their screen (yes they have adsl), can someone shine a little light about this? I think this issue will raise more questions then solves them...

But why is it on the page anyway, because it is nice to know what time the sever takes to compose the page, but that says nothing about the speed you will get it on the client-pc.

So i'm curious....

Guru

(to set things right: i'm most happy with the speed, and the work your guys are doing, just wondering....)

Guru,

You are right, some parts of the code now take more time to load then before.
We've been tweaking the new code for speed the last couple of days and will continue to do so. The next Service Release, which will probably be released in about a month, should deliver faster code than we have now.
The counter tells us the, for speedtweaking, most important thing: how long does it take to build the page.
No real reason to have it in the source of version 3.3. though.
