Hi, When asking this question to a bunch of webmasters this forum system was recommended. My company is going to host a site soon for Vets where they can answer your pet questions online. They need a BBS system that can have some kind of visual Identification of the certified "vets" on the board vs. regular posters so as no one gives out unqualified advice while posing as one of the vets. Can this BBS system do that, I can't find anything in the FAQ???
Logged in with an Admin account you can go and edit ANY user and give them a CUSTOM title of any sorts.
The users won't be able to do this themselves, so once a vet has signed up an admin will have to go in and make their custome title, but it is VERY easy.
The Avatar Add-on (version 2.0) could be used for this. Avatars are small pictures displayed in the post under the members name. There's an option to reserve the avatar for one member. This could be a small image of a certificate or something showing they're certified. Simply upload this image under different name (e.g. image1.gif, image2.gif....) to reserve it for different certified members.
