Here is the error message that I am getting. I cant view the posts after I post them. Any ideas?

I've been frustratingly stuck on this problem for a month now. I've changed the permissions on the database folder and file to allow read/write. After reading the links above, I emailed my host and had them grant IUSER_<machinename> full access to the database. Yet nothing has changed. Are there any other possible avenues to explore? If anyone wants to look at the forum, it's at http://www.imethos.com/forum/
