 how to detect user agent support css or no

How to detect, on serverside, if the user agent support/enabled css?
I found BrowserHawk can do this and I wonder if I can do it with scripts?

I didn't see the CSS property listed in the demo at the BrowserHawk site btw.

you are right.

StyleSheets True

I still get this when turned off css in netscape 4. didn't try in ie yet. maybe it just retriev info from ini file for css.

i give up on detecting this, as I don't think anybody would turn off css. i'll give the low end browser a hard coded setting for 800x600.

here's what the feature page says:

Detection of support for advanced client side scripting, such as JavaScript, style sheets, XML, DHTML, layers, Iframes and more
