I have finished setting this mod, and it works great. But I am wondering if I can put the topic on the top without locking the topic, so that people can still reply to it?? Thanks.

Lock it, with "Lock in Place" checked. Refresh the page. Now unlock it, but keep "Lock in Place" checked when you unlock it.

Not very intuitive, I agree....but it works.
