After MOD Installation, What Files to Delete ?

Hi there,
I remember installing some MODS that said, ' These files should be deleted after installation ' . Right now I'm not sure if I did delete them or not.
So anyone would let me know what sort of files do we have to delete from our server please ? I guess all .dbs files should be deleted... am I right ?
waiting for your reply guyz .. specially the developers.

I f you have any files called *.dbs or dbs_*.asp, you should remove them, also any other setup files which were supplied to create or insert data for the MODS setup should be removed.
