I receive occasional email support requests. Just so everyone knows, I don't respond to forum support via email, it's just a thing with me that I believe support should be done here in the forums so everyone can benefit.

Please don't be annoyed that I don't respond to email messages. Thanks.

Yeah, same here doug. I don't see why I should be putting a lot of help and effort into helping people on the forums, and now they want help via email? I would think the forum is enough.

But I answer them when I can though, although they would be better off posting thier queries here.
