After looking at the 3.1 final. I found the NT mode of the forum is mostly not looked at or tested.

What I was thinking is to set Strings for the differences in db mode and nt. This will be a cleaner and smaller code.

I added the Mod to the DEV Design Requests W/Code (v4)
