keep getting this error

i need to figure out how to upgrade the database and add this table (or more)...

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e37'

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'FORUM_A_TOPICS'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.

/forum/Default.asp, line 297

I just got this 32a06 and i need to add the new tables that this version uses...

ok i did the upgrade


now what does this mean: System resource exceeded.

server problem right?
