I'm using 3.1 SR4 with no mods.
I just added a category with 2 topics and want it to show up at the bottom. I don't want to modify the existing category names if I can help it. How can I do this?

Use this Mod. Richard wrote this to order your catagories and forums in any order you want. Very easy to install:
