Where to add "Check here to be notified by email whenever someone replies to your topic." this funtion? Thank you.

Where to add it? It's already added in the forum.

You enabl eit you need to have the Email options set to On, on your forums. Just go to your Admin Options, Email Configurations and setup your email settings there.
