I take it this is included in the inc_top file.

Is it like at the very beginning of the code, before any other HTML???

If you take a look at the source by clicking on View and then scrolling to source you can see where the code was inserted. Basically is just after the <a name="top"></a> tag in inc_top.asp which is right after the <body> tag
