At the "Last Post" column, there is a link to member profile. Instead of it, a link to the lst post will be better I think.

I mean, when we click this link, we directly go to the last post. Without scrolling! Isn't it more easier?

as in vBulletin? Instead of that an icon may do this job well, as in the case of work mule's mod (link to the last reply).
