                      | The links for the radio stations have to be placed in the Links Manager (also an easy Mod to install).
The link worked fine for me, try again.

Nice Mod but the radio tended to hang at times when I turned it off. Might just be my server or connection. Very well done, Thank you!

                      | It was my connection...radio works without a hitch. Thank you!! This was a terrific addition for our members. Great job!
Now, where do I look for additional radio feeds?

                      | This is a great MOD - many thanks to gigio!
Like Ribkick, I would also like to know where to look for more stations. I found a danish station, but I had to be very creative for almost an hour to find the right URL with ending filename: .asx - wounder if anybody already been trough this and have a list of stations listed somewhere?

 regards
 Morten

                      | Well, I am glad you liked this mod
About more radio feeds, here are some links you could find useful

 http://www.web-radio.fm

 http://www.internetradiolist.com

 http://www.webradios.com/

 http://www.mikesradioworld.com/

And above all, a list of pages listing radio feeds:

 http://www.startingpage.com/html/online_radio_stations.html

  Now the point is this:
you don't need to find an url ending with .asx .....
asx is a windows mediaplayer stream but the mod uses the EMBED html tag, this means you can try wih every kind of audio stream.
As stated in the readme, the only stream I wasn't able to play with this radio is a .ram .

If you want, you can even play .mp3 extensions of mp3s on the web or creat a directory and put there your (copyright free) mp3 files than add as url /newdirectory/song.mp3
or even a playlist of various songs (.pls, .m3u).... it will be played....
I haven't written in the readme about this because a live stream cannot be paused (object doesn't support that method) but this mod is written to have that functionality too (if you look at the code you will see the "PAUSE" commented).
When I manage to recognize what kind of file is EMBED I will make it visible too.

                      | Thanks once again gigio! - now I have a wounderfull jukebox blowing the wax out of my eaers! - I don´t how is it - I´m on ADSL and have no problems at all, but mp3 files are played with 128 k/sec. Would it be a problem for ISDN to follow the stream ?

                      | Crescendo is still the only online player in the world which streams both MIDI and MP3 music,
playing the music while it is downloading. The free Crescendo
basic player will play both MIDI and MP3 content from any
site, and will stream the music from a large number of sites
that have been equipped as Crescendo StreamSites.
Crescendo PLUS and Crescendo MAX will stream both MIDI and MP3
music from any site, whether or not the site has been
 specifically set up for streaming.

Life is short, lose the wait, get Crescendo 5.1 today!

that's in a mailinglist i got. i tried the file pretty good. however, it's client side program
