I have downloaded and installed the files and have them setup on my PC (Win 98) using the PWS. Initially I had the same 80004005 setup error but resolved it by un-checking the access 97 and the access database stings (or options) in the config.asp code, AND CONVERTED THE snitz_2000 FROM ACCESS 97 TO ACCESS 2000.
Everything seems to be going peachy now.
MY QUESTION:
Once I have the forum, and my site pages working properly, can I simply upload it to my hosts' server (HostPro NT server)? Or once I do this will I have to re-connect the database to the site pages again? This is a question I'm a little fuzzy on as far as ASP. I use DW UltraDev. Once I have made the database connection ("down here" locally), will I have to re-establish the database connection after I upload ("up there" remotely) or once it's done in the development phase, that's it, I don't have to do it again.
I know that's a kind of convoluted question, I hope somebody understands what I'm asking...
THANKS! Now I think I'll go post some messages to myself on the PWS!

Bill

if you are using a DSN-less connection with virtual paths it should work fine when all put up on the server as long as you keep the folder structure.
