Has anyone created a feedback form that will post messages to the Admin's Personal Messaging account?

1. Allows anonymous users to give feedback or ask a question without registering or using email.
2. Make it generic so that subject/title can be passed in via query string.
I.E.
"Reporting Error"
"Request for new Classifieds Category"
"Question about Forums"

This way one feedback form could be customized on the fly to represent any section of a site. Also no email mess.

Silly question - Is this truely lame or useful?

My opinion? Truly lame, because I don't want anonymous users to send me a private message if it's about the forum. I want an actual email sent to me, so there is some accountability and I know who I'm dealing with.

Just leaves the door for too many jerks (not the actual word I would choose, but trying to keep it clean

) out there that would be too tempted by that.
