I'd like to suggest adding a page to snitz with downloadables of different Snitz flavors that exist right now. (If authors care to share their forums.) That way instead of having to install every single mod, you could just download a flavor that has the functionality you like.

I'd submit my forums to there if there was such a page. I wanted to post a zip of my forum flavor but I couldn't actually find a forum on this site that would be suitable.

What do you think about adding a flavor page?

...and I don't mean a flavor forum, just a page added to the snitz homepage menu, may right beside "downloads", or actually may be just add a section of flavors to the downloads page itself.

like a template huh? that's a good idea if that is what you are talking about. you could zero out the tables and list all the built in features of that downloaded forum. This would allow people that are afraid to do mods to pick a template site that suits them best.

Yeah, pretty much. I've a working & improved upon version of Snitz SR4, why not make it available for downloading?

i like this idea, not only would it provide an already modified, and tested version of the code, but it would show people just how adjustable the code is. would save people new to asp and the likes from having to go through the somtimes painstaking process of modifying the code to their needs....
