www.saludmejor.com is my boards site. I uploaded everything to a folder named Forum but the tables to not look right when you log in as Admin and the images do not show at any time. Please someone look at this and help me figure out what is going on!

Looks like your /forum directory doesn't have the correct permissions on it.

If you try to goto one of the images directly:

http://www.saludmejor.com/forum/icon_smile.gif

you get a HTTP 403.2 - Forbidden: Read Access Forbidden.
