Looks like someone logged into your forum as an Administrator and changed your settings.
Did you change the Default Admin password when you setup your forum?
If the person who logged in changed your password, you'll need to manually change it in the database. |

I think I know who is the hacker, my fomer webhost elosoft.com. I asked for refund, but they don't want to give me back, and they are the one who will know my current password. Yes, I did change my password.
Now, it's all black, and they font setting is really big. I cannot see anything to change my setting.
Could you please tell me which one is admin setting in the database?? It seems really big.

No. But, it doesn't look like you have Secure Admin Mode turned on. I was able to goto your admin_home.asp without being logged in, that is not good. |

That setting should have no affect on the message box not being visible.
Just go back in to the Admin Options and set it back to off. |

I got it, I solved my problem. Thanks Richard. And I am pretty sure that hacker is the staff from elosoft.com. They are the only who know my password, and I just argued with them for my money they should rufund to me. They said told me 20 mins later I will suffer. And my forum got hacked.

That is a pretty sad operation if they do stuff like that. |

I just recently discussed this topic in another area. First, I doubt your host would have done something like that. Second I visit many Snitz forums and sure enough the admin passwords were never changed. From that poing I send them a nice email letting them know the malicious activity that could have been taken. Third, you apparently left the setting for Secure Admin Mode in the OFF postion which allows ANYONE that visits your site to have access to your admin control panel so it could have been someone intentionally screwing around with you or someone just playing around with what they thought was an option to them...

Thanks for your info.
But I did change the admin password, and I turn admin security mode on too. The reason why I am pretty sure the hacker is my previous webhost is because my admin password is the same with the one I gave to them, and I just called them for my refund. They told me I will suffer within 20 mins, and I got hacked within 20 mins.
My previous webhost is elosoft.com. They have 30 days money back guarantee. I emailed them several times to ask to cancel my account after two weeks, and I finally got the email from them saying my account was cancelled and I will get my refund. After I waited for one more month, I didn't get any refund. So, I called them again. They told me if I want to cancel account I need to fax them instead of emailing or calling. But I told them your customer service said my account got cancelled already. He said: " sorry, they don't know about it, and it's too late to get rufund, coz it's over one month already". I kept calling them to ask for money. They told me I am a fxxking idiot, and I will get my money back. So, I called again, they said in 20 mins, I will suffer. That's why I am pretty sure the hacker is my elosoft.com. I wish there is some organization that i can sue them.
The reason why I cancel my account with them is ther CDONTS is not working well with snitz forum, but I host my forum with another host, and it is working great. And of course I told them the reason too.
