I don't know if this has been addressed or people have just figured this out on their own. For those of you that have the links manager, be sure to take a look at admin_links_approve.asp and change these two lines: strFrom = "links@iamviet.com" strFromName = "IAMVIET"
I didn't notice anything in the readme.txt file and just noticed this when I was testing it and sent a approval notice to myself.
sorry about that, i forgot to put in the readme file to change that to what you set for your site. Like someone said in another post, documentation is the last thing on our mind after programming 8 hours straight.
