Hello All,

Thanks to your help, I got the Snitz up and running. Now my questions are

1) How do I install the Slash Mod and the Smilies mod?

2) How do I add forum topics? I did not see in the Admin interface where I'd do this.

for #1 the instructions to install those 2 MODS should be included with the file you downloaded for each of those MODS.

for #2, if you mean how do you add Categories and Forums, see here: http://forum.snitz.com/faq.asp (scroll down to about the middle of that page)

I read the instructions but they were pretty confusing, and I don't want to mess up my current install unless I'm absolutely sure of how to do it.

My current directory structure is -

snitzforums

--------Files (snitz files and all the
directories - my db is in my
database folder on my root.
--------Portal_Mod (subdirectory)
--------Slash (subdirectory

Any help would be much appreciated, also where can I find the Mod Commander and how do I turn on the IM Features?

I apologize for the multiple posts, I accidently posted this in the General Forum before I saw the Mod Forum.
