Sorry to say but you're not telling us anything.
Telling us you get a 400 error is like going to the doctor and the doctor asks "What's wrong?" and you say "I don't feel so well."
You would think the doctor knows that, but he wants to know exatcly what's wrong. Give him details. Is your stomach hurting you? What did you eat? Do you have a headache? Did you cut yourself? Where did you cut yourself? Did your heart stop pumping? What were you doing when your heart stopped pumping?
So if you could, please tell us the detailed error you are getting. Line numbers and the page you are getting the error on. And what you mean when you try to reload it.
And I don't see how a forum or a website for that matter can reboot your computer. That's not possible.
