Does anyone have any information on the error "HTTP/1.1 New Application Failed" in regard to what causes it or, prayerfully, a fix for it?

Hosting is now using Microsoft-IIS/8.5 so I'm wondering if that is causing some issues.

With 99% of the time with Ma's questions, they are typically "host" issues.

sounds like a server config issue
