Does anyone think "global warming" is a threat to this community's white Christmas?

Their record is -109F. It was -95 back in the 50s, but they broke that record.

Not exactly new news from the coldest inhabited place in the northern hemisphere. From wikipedia: In Oymyakon sometimes the average minimum temperature for January, February and December remains below #8722;50 °C (#8722;58 °F)

It's been raining non-stop the last couple days, and it's looking like it will be raining into Christmas, with a high of 79°F (26°C?)

Weather cycles. Nothing new.

Though "I'm dreaming of a wet Christmas" doesn't quite have the same ring... even if they could get ol' Bing to sing it.
