I have a Christian artist friend who gets a bit overwhelmed at times in trying to keep all of her fans updated. There are so many places online these days in which fans frequent and expect artists to keep them updated. Any ideas on a means of making this easier for artists?

Only if those fans are members of the forum. There's no single "catch-all" method to reach everyone. People shouldn't be expected to update Facebook, fan pages, a web site news area, MySpace, etc., etc., etc. Unfortunately, too many fans are simply too lazy to make the effort to visit an artist's personal or official web site.

That's definitely an idea, Etymon.

Thank you!

In general, the Newsletter MOD is the easiest.
