Posted - 06 March 2009 : 05:47:43 Well I guess that you had to be there to feel it, but it was good..
Sitting watching the television and all of a sudden the house started to go up and down like it was on a few small waves, which is ironic, considering that we have a slab that has 68.5 mt's of concrete in it.
The noise that came with it as well was so strange. The wife was freaking out, but hey what can you do...
Seems like we are facing a fair bit of mother nature taking it hard on us Aussies, with the killer bush fires, flooding, cyclones and now earthquakes.
Just thought that I would pass that on to all... |

Posted - 06 March 2009 : 17:26:24 I was at Clark AB in the Philippines when Mount Pinatubo erupted in 91. We had earthquakes, a typhoon and the eruptions at the same time. Mother Nature was having a serious case of PMS. |

Strip down to your skivvies and run about the house screaming about the apocalypse; that'll be sure to calm her down!
I find that two shots of vodka in her cereal works best. |
