These are really basic sites, since the target users are basic users and they prefer less flashy sites

http://specracer.com/forum/default.asp

and

http://gt-racecar.com/forums/default.asp

Both sites use the same code base for Snitz, so when I install a mod to the code, I can upload to both sites and they both get the mod! Of course the config.asp files are unique between the two sites... :)

Mods are the 6-in-1 Expansion pack (Less Proeder's File Attachment), Active Users, Advanced Colors Control, Avatar 1.3 but modified to be a simple Avatar Link in the user's profile and Poll Mod.

I've also customized a couple of areas, like centering the user names and avatars which I think presents a nicer look. I also added a custom function to ensure that avatars are resized to which ever dimensional size is largest (width or length) so they don't get distorted.

I also added a custom add rotate function using the ASP AdRotator function. All I have to do is update the AdRotator text file and I get my forum ads updated without having to change any forum code.

I was looking at installing the "Who is Online" mod but all I want is the "(Online)" designator under the name, so I'm investigating a simpler approach to get that.

I've enjoyed working on the code. The developer in me is dying to bring all of these mods together in a fresh naseline installable version, since these base functions should have been standard features long ago... in my humble opinion! :)
