I've added this feature to my code, but i would have thought that this would have been something that was in the base code

*shrug* ok, so maybe other people don't find it useful. :)
I really didn't think it was a nightmare to implement and it was something that my users were asking for.<

That's what I thought it'd be, but I honestly don't understand why it'd have to be added as the user is never addressed with his/her real name on the forums.<

I think what he/she means is a field in the profile that you have to fill in to join the forum, might be wrong tho.<
